核电厂蒸汽发生器用SA213T22传热管高温氧化成膜前处理试验研究

摘要 研究了喷丸处理对蒸汽发生器SA213T22传热管表面状态及高温氧化膜的影响,采用粗糙度仪、SEM、XRD分析了喷丸处理后的传热管表面粗糙度、氧化膜形貌及成分组成。结果表明,当用粒径200目的磨料实施喷丸处理时,SA213T22传热管表面形成的氧化膜致密、均匀;磨料粒径对氧化膜的组成与结构无实质影响。 The effects of shot blasting treatment on the surface state and high temperature oxidation film of SA213T22 heat transfer tubes for steam generator were studied. The surface roughness degree, morphology and composition of oxidation film were analyzed by roughness tester, SEM and XRD. The results show that with 200 diameter abrasives implementing shot blasting, the oxidation film formed on SA213T22 heat transfer tube surface is dense and uniform. The abrasive diameter has no substantial effect on the composition and structure of oxidation film.
