20钢常温磷化工艺优化和试验分析

摘要 通过正交试验研究了总酸度、磷化时间和促进剂对20钢磷化膜耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明,影响磷化效果的因子显著性顺序为:磷化液总酸度〉促进剂点数〉磷化时间。确定了磷化工艺优化参数组合为:总酸度120,磷化时间30min,促进剂点数6。发现优化参数组合下,使用表调剂可使耐腐蚀性提高8%,并得到表面形貌更致密的磷化膜。 The effects of total acidity, phosphating time and promotion agent on the corrosion resistance of 20 steel phosphating coating were analyzed by conducting orthogonal tests. The results show that factors significance sequence for phosphating effect is total acidity 〉promotion agent 〉phosphating time. The optimized parameters of phosphating process are determined as follows: the total acidity is 120, the phosphating time is 30 min and the promotion agent is 6. Under optimized parameters, the corrosion resistance increases by 8% and the surface morphology of the phosphating is more compact when the surface conditioning agent is used.
