摘要 对65Mn犁铧的3种热处理工艺进行了试验,并对力学性能和显微组织进行了分析。结果表明:犁铧盐浴炉加热后分别用水、油、硝盐作为淬火冷却介质时,随着冷却速度的降低,犁铧的硬度、耐磨性、畸变量均下降,但冲击韧性增加;采用870℃×20 min,180℃硝盐等温淬火和180℃×90 min回火的热处理工艺时,淬火后的显微组织是马氏体组织,此时犁铧具有最高的冲击韧性,最小的变形量和良好的耐磨性,具有最佳的综合力学性能。 The experiment of three kinds of heat treatment processes of 65 Mn plowshare were carried out. And the mechanical properties and microstructure were analyzed. The results show that when ploughshare is heated in salt bath resistant furnace and quenched in water, oil and nitrate, with the decrease of cooling rate, the hardness, wear resistance and deflection of the ploughshare decrease and impact toughness increases. Using heat treatment process of the 870 ℃ ×20 min,180 ℃ nitrate isothermal quenching, and 180 ℃× 90 min tempering, the microstructure after quenching is martensite. Under this condition,the ploughshare has the highest impact toughness, the minimum deformation and good wear resistance, the ploughshare has the best comprehensive mechanical properties.
