摘要
通过显微组织检验和硬度检测,研究了两种冷镦钢钢丝在退火过程中组织和硬度的变化。结果表明:SWRCH6A钢在710℃退火时无法得到多边形的铁素体。SWRCH15A钢在630℃退火20 min时完成再结晶;拉拔材硬度随退火温度的提高逐渐降低,退火温度在630~710℃,材料的硬度值在60.9~67.2 HRB。
Changes in microstructure and hardness of two kinds of cold heading steel wires during annealing were studied by microstructure examination and hardness testing. The results show that: polygonal ferrite can not be obtained in SWRCH6A steel after annealing at 710℃. Recrystallization of SWRCH15 A steel is completed after annealing at 630 ℃ for 20min; the hardness of drawing material decreases with the increase of annealing temperature,and when the annealing temperature is 630-710 ℃, the hardness value of the material is 60.9-67.2 HRB.
