摘要
对6061铝合金时效后的显微硬度、电导率以及显微组织进行了分析,研究了预时效对6016铝合金烤漆前后组织和性能的影响。结果表明:低温预时效时,6016铝合金的显微硬度与时效温度的关系呈正相关;高温预时效(180~240℃)时,初期阶段6016铝合金显微硬化与预时效温度呈正相关,后期阶段呈负相关,6016铝合金电导率与预时效温度呈正相关。
The micro-hardness, electrical conductivity and microstructure of 6061 aluminum alloy after aging were analyzed. The effect of pre-ageing on the microstructure and performance of 6016 aluminum alloy before and after the baking paint were investigated. The results show that during low temperature pre-aging, the relationship between microhardness and pre-aging temperature of 6016 aluminum alloy is positive correlation; during high temperature pre-aging(180-240 ℃), the relationship between microhardness of 6016 aluminum alloy and pre-aging temperature is positive correlation in the initial stage, and the relationship between micro-hardness of 6016 aluminum alloy and pre-aging temperature is negative correlation in the final stage. The relationship between electrical conductivity of 6016 aluminum alloy and pre-aging temperature is positive correlation.
