摘要
以石油机具随钻震击器核心部件卡瓦材料为研究对象,采用金相(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)分析了回火温度对试验钢显微组织、冲击韧性及断口形貌的影响。结果表明,在500~565℃,随着回火温度的增加,试验钢冲击功显著提高,材料硬度下降;在575~585℃冲击功和硬度变化不大。在565~585℃,断口的微观形貌韧窝中的沉淀物逐渐呈现细小弥散分布。回火温度在500~585℃未开缺口的冲击功没有明显的变化,而开有夏氏缺口的试样冲击功显著升高。
Taking slip material of petroleum machinery drilling jar core components as research object,the effects of tempering temperature on microstructure, impact toughness and fracture morphology of the test steel were analyzed by using optical microscope(OM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results show that, at 565-500 ℃, with the increase of the tempering temperature, the impact work of the test steel is significantly increased, and the hardness of the material decreases; the impact work and hardness change little at 575-585 ℃. At 565-585 ℃, the precipitates in the tough nest of the micro-morphology of the fracture surface gradually show small dispersion distribution. When temper temperature is 500-585℃, the change of unopened notch impact work is not obvious, and the impact work of Charpy notched specimen increases significantly.
