摘要
对不同锻造加热温度和锻后冷却工艺的38MnNS5非调质钢曲轴的显微组织和力学性能进行了分析,确定了38MnNS5非调质钢曲轴的冷却工艺。曲轴在1180℃加热锻造后以60~70℃/min冷速冷却至(600±25)℃,再缓冷至(450±25)℃,随后堆冷。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of 38 MnNS5 non-quenched and tempered steel crankshafts at different forging heating temperatures and different cooling processes after forging were analyzed, and the cooling process of 38 MnNS5 Non-quenched and tempered steel crankshaft was determined. The crankshaft is heated at 1180℃, and forged, and then cooled to(600± 25) ℃at the cooling rate of 60-70 ℃/min, and then slowly cooled to(450±25) ℃, later cooled in heap.
