摘要
由于油泵衬板工作时表面承受的应力较大,容易引起早期失效断裂。本文从早期断裂失效的衬板开始,分析了其断口形貌,测试了硬度。结果表明,泵衬板早期断裂失效模式为脆性解理断裂。断裂原因为淬火加热温度偏低或保温时间不足,造成组织中存在大块碳化物。
Due to the larger stress of the surface of the oil pump liner plate at work, it is easy to cause early failure fracture. Beginning from the early fracture failure of the lining board, the topographies of fracture surface were analyzed, and the hardness was tested. The results show that the failure mode of the pump liner plate is the brittle cleavage fracture. The reason is that the quenching heating temperature is low or the heat preservation time is insufficient, which leads to the existence of large carbide in the microstructure.
