关于我国市场监管体制改革的研究

Study on the Reform of Market Supervision System in China

虽然我国市场监管体制历经改革,但是仍然存在机构重叠交叉、机制不优等突出问题。文章通过分析借鉴有关国家机构精简、机制灵活、法制健全、严格执法的做法,提出深化我国市场监管体制改革的意见和建议,以市场主体为根本,尊重市场经济规律,按专业需求,建立精简、高效的市场监管体制。

although China＇ s market supervision has experienced the reform, there are still some obvious problems, such as, overlapped institutions and imperfect systems. Through the analysis of the practices of the related countries, for example, reducing institutions, flexible mechanism, perfect legal system and strict law enforcement, this paper puts forward some suggestions for deepening China＇ s market supervision reform that the market is fundamental, the laws of the market economy are respected, and according to the professional needs, the simple and efficient market supervision system is established.
