城市是文化的容器,文化是城市的灵魂,文化型城镇化是新型城镇化的方向。安徽城市文化遗存丰富且别具特色,要利用现代科技活化历史文化资源,把优秀传统文化融入城市建设中,把城市建设成为底蕴厚重、特色鲜明、包容开放的人文魅力空间;突出文化、生态和生活质量的建设导向,将更多的城市建设成为智慧城市、生态城市、海绵城市和人文城市。

City is a container of culture, while culture is its soul, so cultural urbanization is the orientation for city in the future. The cultural remainings in cities of Anhui are special, so it is necessary to revive historical cultural resources with modem technology and adopt traditional culture in city construction so as to make it an opening place with profound background, unique characteristics and humanistic charming. More cities can be constructed into wise, ecological, spongy and humanistic ones with attention paid to their culture, ecology and life quality as the orientation.
