摘要
教师专业标准的建立有利于促进教师专业化发展、提高教育教学质量。本研究通过文献分析、访谈和问卷调查,提出残疾人高等教育院校教师专业标准框架可以由专业理念与师德、专业知识、专业能力等3维度,以及各维度下设的13个领域和45个基本要求构成。
The establishment of teachers' professional standards is conducive to the promotion of teachers' professional development and file quality of education and teaching. This study, based on a research literature analysis, interviews and questionnaires, concludes that the framework of the professional standards for teachers from institutions of higher learning for disabled students includes 13 fields and 45 basic elements, contained in such dimensions as professional ideas and ethics, professional knowledge, and professional skills.
