海南融入21世纪海上丝绸之路发展对策研究

Study on Development Countermeasures for Hainan's Integration into 21st- Century Maritime Silk Road

在经贸合作自由化的全球背景下,海南又快又好地融入"21世纪海上丝绸之路"发展建设,具有重要的现实意义。但在积极融入发展过程中,海南仍然存在着海洋产业结构比重不合理、海洋经济总体水平差距较大、人才科技力量投入欠缺、海洋意识较为薄弱等问题。在对"21世纪海上丝绸之路"概念建立模型分析的基础上,结合海南融入新海上丝绸之路发展的优势,提出促进建设的具体措施和政策建议。

Under the global background of trade and economic cooperation liberalization and in the circum- stance of constructing an international tourism island, it＇ s very important for Hainan to integrate into ＂The 21 st - Century Maritime Silk Road＂ in a fast and excellent way. But in the process of vigorously integrating into the de- velopment, there still exist problems for Hainan, such as improper structure and proportion of the marine indus- try, large gap in the overall level of marine economy, inadequate investment in human resources, science and technology, as well as weak awareness of the marine sector. Based on model analysis established on ＂The 21st - Century Maritime Silk Road＂ concept, the thesis discussed Hainan＇ s advantages in integrating into new Sea Silk Road and put forward specific measures and suggestions for promoting construction finally.
