摘要
孔子是春秋时代新兴士阶层的代表,是对士的群体品格作出较为系统界说的伟大先驱者。孔子的启发式教育、讨论式教育、实践性教育、人生社会性教育、个性化教育,与美国式的教育多有暗合之处;而针对当前中国教育的弊端,这不啻为一剂良药。
Confucius is the representative of the emerging scholars stratum during the Spring and Autumn Pe- riod and is a great pioneer who first made a relatively systematic definition to the group character of this class. His heuristic education, discussional practical education, social life and individualized education coincide with the American educational mode. This phenominon is really a good medicine to the weaknessesexisting in current Chinese education.
