随着中国—东盟自贸区建设的不断深入和"一带一路"战略的逐步实施,中国与东盟教育合作成为双方合作的新热点。海南省作为中国与东盟各国之间联系的枢纽在教育国际合作中既具有明显的先天优势,同时又面临多重挑战,因此需要统一认识、找准定位、健全机制、主动出击,全力打造中国-东盟教育文化交流基地。

With the further development of CAFTA and the gradual realization of B＆R, the educational coop- eration has become a new hot spot in China - Asean cooperation field. As a hub in the cooperation between China and Asean countries, Hainan has many advantages as well as many challenges. Unified understanding, improved mechanism and initiative approaches are the key measures in the construction of China - Asean Education and Culture Exchange Base in this province.
