建国前党的民主集中制的实践与发展

Practice and development of democratic centralism before founding of P. R. China

民主集中制萌芽于马恩时期,由列宁最早提出,在中国经历了其独特的发展演化历程后最终成为中国共产党的指导原则。从中国共产党成立至建国前,民主集中制经历了一个从强调民主到强调集中,再到重视民主,进而正确处理民主与集中关系的重要转变历程。民主集中制不仅在整个革命战争中发挥了重要作用,而且对我国当前的政治现代化有重要的历史意义和现实启示。

The democratic centralism began to sprout in Marx and Engels period,and was firstly proposed by Lenin. After unique development and evolution in China,it finally became the guiding principle of Communist Party of China. From the establishment of Communist Party of China to the founding of P. R.China,democratic centralism had experienced an important tansformation process,which changed from emphasizing democracy,to emphasizing centralism,to paying attention to democracy,and at last to properly dealing with the relation between democracy and centralism. Democratic centralism not only had been playing an important role in the revolutionary wars,but also has important historical significance and realistic enlightenment to the ongoing political modernization of China.
