穴位按摩治疗晚期肺癌患者化疗致周围神经炎

Acupoints massage for the advanced lung cancer patients with chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy

目的探讨应用外关穴和五虎穴进行穴位按摩对晚期肺癌患者化疗致周围神经炎的临床效果。方法选取2015年11月至2016年4月间应用紫杉醇和/或铂类化疗药物所致周围神经炎的晚期肺癌患者60例,随机分为穴位组、对照组各30例。对照组按医嘱口服多维素片每日3次,每次1片;穴位组进行外关穴和五虎穴按摩,每日2次,每次每穴20 min,随访跟踪4周记录患者的麻木感和疼痛感。结果穴位组对麻木的总有效率为96.15%,对疼痛的总有效率为95.65%,两者均明显高于对照组(61.54%,68.18%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论应用外关穴和五虎穴进行穴位按摩可以明显改善化疗致周围神经炎患者的麻木感和刺痛感。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Waiguan and Wuhu acupoints massage for the advanced lung cancer patients with chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy. Methods From November 2015 to April 2016,There are 60 advanced lung cancer patients with paclitaxel / platinum chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into acupuncture group and control grou p, each group was 30 cases. In the control groups, patients were given multidimensional element piece 3 times a day, one tablet each time,an d in the acupuncture groups, patients were given massage on Waiguan and Wuhu points, 2 times a day, every time 20 minutes per acupuncture. Patients were followed up for 4 weeks to record numbness and pain.Results Results The total effective rate of acupuncture group on numbness was 96.15%, and the effective rate for pain was about 95.65%.Both were significant higher than those in the control group（61.54%,68.18%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.001）.Conclusion Conclusion It is effective to relieve numbness and pain symptoms of the chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy patients with regular massage on the Waiguan point and the Wuhu point.
