摘要
甜菜碱型表面活性剂在油田三次采油中具有广泛应用前景,其优良的驱油效果受到极大关注。本实验以精细合成辛基酚作为原料经过一系列反应得到磺基甜菜碱型表面活性剂,对产物进行了红外光谱的分析表征。经过测试证明:该表面活性剂具有较低的界面张力(1.5×10-3 mN·m-1),良好的表面性能(临界胶束浓度cmc为1.58×10-3 mol·L-1,表面张力γcmc为28.3mN·m-1)及优异的乳化性能和吸附性能。
The type of betain surfactant has wide application foreground in the teriary recovery of oil field.The favorable effect of oil displacement has drew many attention.The experiment is based on the octyl phenol which has fine synthesised by us as raw material.With a series of reactions,we obtained a new sulfobetaine type surfactant which has a new formation that has been verified by IR.Some other tests indicate that this surfactant has low interfacial tension(1.5×10-3 mN·m-1),good surface properties(cmc=1.58×10-3 mol·L-1,γcmc=28.39mN·m-1)and excellent emulsifying properties,adsorption properties.
