银川市急性心肌梗死住院患者满意度及其影响因素分析

Analysis on satisfaction and influencing factors among inpatients with acute myocardial infarction in Yinchuan

目的从需方角度了解银川市急性心肌梗死住院患者满意度情况,分析其影响因素,为提高医院服务质量提供合理化建议及对策。方法对银川市三家样本医院采用描述性统计法做基本情况分析,同时对样本医院影响住院患者满意度的因素利用卡方检验和logistic法分别做单因素和多因素分析。结果住院患者对医院医疗制度的总体满意度较高为78.0%,对医院医疗行为的总体满意度较低为77.3%。而医院住院环境、辅助检查人员的态度、医务人员的解释沟通、医疗费用是住院患者满意度情况的影响因素。结论医院应全面考虑住院患者满意度和影响因素以提高银川市急性心肌梗死住院患者的医疗质量。

Objective Understand satisfaction of inpatients with acute myocardial infarction from demander in Yinchuan,analysis their influencing factors,and provide reasonable suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the service quality of the hospital.Methods Firstly,analyze the basic situation of the three sample hospitals in Yinchuan city by using descriptive statistical method;then using chi square test and logistic method were used to do univariate and multivariate analysis to discuss the influence factors of inpatients satisfaction in three sample hospitals.Results The overall satisfaction rate of inpatients to medical treatment was 77.3%,to medical system was 78.0%.The environment of hospital,the attitude of the auxiliary inspection personnel,explain and communication of medical staff, medical expenses were the influencing factors of satisfaction of inpatients.Conclusion Hospital should comprehensively consider basic situation and influencing factors in order to improve the quality of medical care of in patients with acute myocardial infarction in Yinchuan.
