摘要
本文主要介绍了两轮摩托车ABS制动防抱死系统基本组成,并重点对某款200 mL两轮骑式车进行ABS制动防抱死系统的匹配评价过程中主要技术方法、对整车ABS制动防抱死系统的标定及验证过程等进行了探讨和研究。经过安装匹配ABS制动防抱死系统后该车在高、低附路面及对接路面上制动平稳,没有发生轮胎抱死情况,制动性能有所改善,确保了制动过程中良好的操控性,提升了摩托车的安全性能,达到了预期目标。
This paper mainly introduces the basic components of motorcycle ABS anti lock braking system, it mainly explained the technical method, evaluation process, and the calibration and verification process for the ABS system for the 200 mL motorcycle. The motorcycle with ABS system has the characteristics of stale braking on different roads and better braking performance. It ensures the good driveability in the braking process and enhances the safety performance of the motorcycle and achieved the expected goal.
