摘要
为了解决一款摩托车发动机连杆轴瓦失效故障,通过设计分析计算、材料分析及试验验证找出了故障发生的原因,之后对连杆轴瓦进行了设计改进,设计改进后的轴瓦装配在发动机上经过台架300 h耐久性试验性能良好,未出现质量问题,为发动机的批量生产提供了可靠性保障。
In order to solve the problem of the failure of the connecting rod bearing shell, the design analysis calculation, material analysis, and test were conducted. Through the design improvement, the bearing shell passed the 300h durability test on bench, ensuring the batch production of engines.
