介绍了白光LED用青色和深红色荧光粉的研究进展。概述了荧光粉的几种制备方法,并总结了它们的优缺点。对白光LED用青色和深红色荧光粉的激发和发射光谱特性进行叙述,并对未来的发展方向进行了展望,为进一步研究白光LED用青色和深红色荧光粉提供有用的参考资料。
The recent progress in green and deep red phosphors for WLEDs are introduced.Several luminescent materials synthetic methods are reviewed,and their strong points and weak points are summarized.The characteristics of excitation and emission are also summarized.The future development tends are discussed,which provides useful references for further exploration of cyan and deep red phosphors for white LEDs.
