摘要
作为增长最快的环境污染类型之一,城市夜景照明所造成的光污染已经成为全球普遍存在的问题,对城市生态系统的组成、结构和功能都造成了不同程度的影响。在生态学、环境科学理论和城乡规划原理的指导下,从城市照明总体结构、照明政策分区、夜景观系统、夜景旅游、道路照明、绿色照明、重大光环境敏感区等七个方面对深圳市城市照明规划环境影响进行了分析与评价,并提出了光污染减缓措施。结果表明,规划总体上注重暗夜保护和光污染控制,体现了自然、人和城市的和谐共生,有利于指导城市照明工作健康发展和美丽深圳建设。
As one of the fastest growing environment pollution,light pollution of urban landscape lighting has become a universal problem in the world,and led varying degrees of impact on the structure and function of urban ecosystem.Guided by the theory of ecology,environmental science,and urban planning,a study on environmental impact of urban lighting planning for Shenzhen was carried out,from the seven aspects of master urban lighting structure,lighting policy zoning,nightscape system,nightscape tourism,road lighting,green lighting and significant light environment sensitive area.The light pollution mitigation measures were also proposed.The results showed that the urban lighting planning,focused on dark night protection and light pollution control and reflecting the harmonious coexistence of nature,human and the city,was beneficial to the healthy development of urban lighting and the construction of beautiful Shenzhen.
