脂肪干细胞联合湿润烧伤膏治疗难愈性创面的展望

Prospects of Adipose-Derived Stem Cells in Combination with MEBO in Treating Refractory Wounds

难愈性创面因经久不愈、致残率较高,一直是创面治疗的难点。研究证实,脂肪细胞内含有大量间充质干细胞,其具有体外增生及多重分化潜能,可有效促进创面愈合;湿润烧伤膏可将创面置于立体式生理性湿润环境中,有效促进创面再生修复。鉴于此,笔者设想将脂肪干细胞与湿润烧伤膏联合应用于难愈性创面的治疗,利用脂肪干细胞的多重分化潜能及湿润烧伤膏创造的生理性湿润环境,促进难愈性创面的再生修复。

Refractory wound has always been a challenge in the treatment of wounds due to non-healing property in a long run and higher disability rate.Studies have confirmed that there are a large number of mesenchymal stem cells with the potential of in vitro proliferation and multi-lineage differentiation existing in the adipose tissues,which can promote the wound healing effectively;Moist Exposed Burn Ointment（MEBO） could create a physiologically moist environment for a wound and promote the regenerative repair of the wound effectively.Therefore,the adipose-derived stem cells（ADSCs） in combination with MEBO could be a possible approach for the treatment of refractory wounds,which utilizes the multi-lineage differentiation potential of ADSCs and the physiologically moist environment created by MEBO together to promote the regenerative restoration and repair of refractory wounds.
