腹腔镜手术治疗对妊娠合并卵巢囊肿疗效及生活质量的影响

Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery on Outcome and Life Quality of Pregnancy Patients Complicated with Ovarian Cysts

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗对妊娠合并卵巢囊肿疗效及生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析我院收治的28例妊娠合并卵巢囊肿患者,根据手术方式的不同将患者分为腹腔镜组(17例,腹腔镜手术治疗)和常规组(11例,常规解剖手术治疗),比较两组患者的疗效及生活质量。结果腹腔镜组的平均手术时间、排气时间和术中平均出血量均显著少于常规组(P<0.05),两组患者的住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在一年的随访中,腹腔镜组的生活质量评分显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗妊娠合并卵巢囊肿术后创口小,对患者生活的影响较小,术后恢复快,临床应用安全可靠。

Objective To explore the efficacy of laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of pregnancy patients complicated with ovarian cysts and its influence on patients＇ quality of life. Methods 28 cases of pregnancy patients complicated with ovarian cysts in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. According to the treatment methods, all cases were divided into laparoscopic group （17 cases, laparoscopic surgery） and routine group （11 cases, routine anatomy surgery）. The differences in the efficacy and quality of life of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The average operation time, exhaust time and intraoperative blood loss of the laparoscopic group was significantly less than that of the routine group （all P〈0.05）, while no statistical difference was found between the two groups in length of hospital stay （P〉0.05）. During one-year＇s follow-up, the scores of quality of life of the laparoscopic group were significantly higher than those of the routine group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of pregnancy patients complicated with ovarian cysts is safe and reliable, which has minor trauma, little effect on patients＇ quality of life and fast postoperative recovery.
