摘要 目的探讨Meek皮移植技术用于大面积烧伤创面患者的治疗效果。方法选取2008年6月至2016年6月我院烧伤科收治的大面积烧伤患者90例,随机分为两组各45例。对照组给予微粒皮植皮方案,观察组给予Meek皮植皮方案。评估两组患者的植皮情况、康复效果以及1%烧伤面积花费。结果观察组的植皮成活率、创面一期愈合率、愈合时间、康复效果以及1%烧伤面积花费均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Meek皮移植技术用于大面积烧伤创面患者,能够显著提高皮移植成活率以及愈合率,缩短患者愈合时间,提高患者术后康复效果,减少住院花费,具有临床推广价值。 Objective To investigate the curative effect of Meek skin grafting technique for the treatment of patients with large area bum wounds. Methods 90 cases of patients with large area burn wounds admitted to our hospital from June 2008 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received micro-skin grafting program, while the observation group received Meek skin grafting program. The situation of skin grafting, rehabilitation effect and cost of 1% bum area were evaluated. Results The observation group was superior to the control group in the survival rate of skin grafting, primary healing rate of wound, healing time, rehabilitation effect and cost of 1% burn area (all P 〈0.05). Conclusions Meek skin grafting technique for patients with large area bum wound can significantly improve the survival rate of skin graft and healing rate, shorten the healing time, improve patients' postoperative recovery effect, and reduce hospital costs, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
