摘要
目的探讨急腹症分诊工作应用QC质量管理方法的效果。方法选取我院于2015年1月至12月接收的200例急腹症患者作为观察组(运用QC质量管理方法),同时选取2014年1月至12月急诊就诊的200例急腹症患者作为对照组(运用常规分诊管理)。结果观察组的分诊准确率、救治成功率、就诊满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的就诊时间、候诊时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急腹症分诊工作应用QC质量管理方法的效果显著,具有推广价值。
Objective To explore the effect of QC quality management applied in triage of acute abdominal diseases. Methods 200 cases of patients with acute abdominal diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as the observation group, and QC quality management was applied. 200 cases of patients with acute abdominal diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were selected as the control group, and routine triage management was applied. Results The accuracy of triage, success rate of rescue and satisfaction degree of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group (P 〈0.05). Patients' visiting time and waiting time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions QC quality management method applied in triage of acute abdominal diseases has significant effect, which is worthy of promotion.
