改良衣袖在秋冬PICC置管患者维护中的应用

Application of Improved Sleeves in the Maintenance of PICC Indwelling in Autumn and Winter

目的研究在秋冬手臂携带PICC置管患者维护中应用改良衣袖的价值。方法选取我院2015年1月至2016年3月收治的82例PICC置管患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各41例。对照组患者穿戴普通衣物,观察组则使用改良衣袖,比较两组患者的并发症发生率、生活质量评分和满意度。结果观察组的并发症发生率为7.3%,生活质量评分为(84.3±8.3)分,满意度为95.1%;对照组的并发症发生率为26.8%,生活质量评分为(67.5±8.5)分,满意度为80.5%;组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在秋冬手臂携带PICC置管患者维护中应用改良衣袖能够有效地降低并发症发生率,提高患者满意度,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the value of improved sleeves applied in the maintenance of patients with PICC indwelling in autumn and winter. Methods 82 cases of patients with PICC indwelling admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 41 cases in each group. Patients in the control group wore ordinary clothes, while patients in the observation group used improved sleeves. The incidence of complications, score of quality of life, and satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of complications of observation group was 7.3%, significantly lower than 26.8% of control group （P〈0.05）. The score of quality of life of observation group was （84.3 ± 8.3） points, significantly higher than （67.5 ± 8.5） points of control group （P〈0.05）. The satisfaction degree of observation group was 95.1%, significantly higher than 80.5% of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Improved sleeves applied in patients with PICC indwelling in autumn and winter can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve patients＇ satisfaction degree, and improve patients＇ quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
