细节护理对手术室护理质量及手术患者满意度的影响分析

Analysis on the Effect of Detailed Nursing on Nursing Quality of Operation Room and Patients' Satisfaction Degree

目的观察细节护理对手术室护理质量及手术患者满意度的影响。方法选取我院2015年2月至2016年2月收治的110例手术患者,随机分为观察组(n=55)和对照组(n=55),对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者采用细节护理,比较两组的护理质量、患者满意度。结果观察组患者的术前、术中、术后护理质量评分,以及总护理质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为90.91%,显著高于对照组的69.09%(P<0.05)。结论对手术患者实施细节护理,有利于提高患者满意度,促进手术室护理质量持续提升,获得患者和家属的认可。

Objective To observe the effect of detailed nursing on nursing quality of operation room and patients＇ satisfaction degree. Methods 110 cases of patients with surgery in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 55 cases in each group. The control group received regular nursing, while the observation group received detailed nursing. The nursing quality and patients＇ satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results The scores of preoperative, intra-operative and postoperative nursing quality, and total score of nursing quality of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. The patients＇ satisfaction degree to nursing of observation group was 90.91%, significantly higher than 69.09% of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Detailed nursing for patients with surgery can help to improve patients＇ satisfaction degree, promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality in operation room, and obtain the recognition of patients and their relatives.
