摘要
目的探讨红细胞去除术治疗真性红细胞增多症的临床疗效及护理方法。方法选择我院2013年1月至2016年6月收治的60例真性红细胞增多症患者为研究对象,随机分为两组各30例,对照组采用静脉放血方法进行治疗,观察组采用红细胞去除术进行治疗并给予相应护理措施。观察和比较两组患者的红细胞计数、血红蛋白水平、红细胞压积。结果治疗前,两组患者的红细胞计数、血红蛋白水平、红细胞压积水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前对比,两组患者治疗后的红细胞计数、血红蛋白水平、红细胞压积水平均明显降低,组内比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组对比,观察组治疗后的红细胞计数、血红蛋白水平、红细胞压积水平均明显较低,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红细胞去除术治疗真性红细胞增多症的效果显著,同时给予患者相关护理措施,能够对患者的血液细胞数量进行有效控制,改善患者的临床症状,值得临床广泛应用以及推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect and nursing methods oferythrocyte separation for the treatment ofpolycythemia vera. Methods 60 cases of patients with polycythemia vera admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to June 2016 were selected as research objects, and randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group received bloodletting therapy, while the observation group received erythrocyte separation and corresponding nursing measures. The red blood cell count, hemoglobin level and hematocrit level were observed and compared between two groups. Results Before therapy, no statistical difference was found between two groups in the red blood cell count, hemoglobin level and hematocrit level （P 〉0.05）. After therapy, both groups had significantly decreased red blood cell count, hemoglobin level and hematocrit level （P〈0.05）, and the observation group had significantly lower red blood cell count, hemoglobin level and hematocrit level than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Erythrocyte separation has significant effect for the treatment of polycythemia vera, at the same time, corresponding nursing measures can help to control the blood cell count of patients, and improve patients＇ clinical symptoms, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
