客服平台在泌尿外科双J管置放后延续护理中的作用及效果分析

The Role and Effect of Customer Service Platform in Extended Nursing After Double J Tube Placement in the Department of Urology

目的探讨客服平台在泌尿外科双J管置放后延续护理中的作用及效果。方法选取2015年1月至2016年6月在我院泌尿外科因上尿路结石行经皮肾手术,并术后置双J管出院的990例患者作为研究对象,将客服平台能覆盖的521例患者作为观察组,另469例作为对照组。对照组患者给予常规健康教育和出院指导,观察组患者在对照组基础上利用客服平台实施延续护理。比较两组患者的院外留置双J管期间的并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的各种并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对泌尿外科留置双J管患者在院外利用医院客服平台,实施有效的延续护理干预,能显著减少并发症的发生,提高患者的自我护理能力和生活质量。

Objective To investigate the role and effect of customer service platform in extended nursing after double J tube placement in the Department of Urology. Methods A total of 990 cases of discharged patients undergoing percutaneous renal surgery and postoperative double J tube placement due to upper urinary tract calculi in the Department of Urology of our hospital from January 2015 and June 2016 were collected as subjects. Among them, 521 patients who could be covered by the customer service platform were classified into observation group, and another 469 patients were classified into control group. The control group received regular health education and discharge instructions, while the observation group received extended care using the customer service platform additionally. The incidences of complications during the duration of indwelling double J tube outside hospital were compared between two groups. Results The incidences of various complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （all P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of customer service platform for effective extended care in discharged patients with double J tube placement in the Department of Urology can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and improve patients＇ self-care ability and quality of life.
