心理痛苦温度计在住院癌症患者中的应用

Application of Distress Thermometer in Cancer Inpatients

目的应用心理痛苦温度计(DT)对住院癌症患者的心理痛苦和相关问题进行评估和分析。方法使用DT和相关问题列表对147例住院癌症患者进行心理痛苦筛查,通过统计学描述分析显著心理痛苦检出率和相关问题频率,并比较不同特征患者的DT评分。结果 DT≥4分的患者占35.37%。在相关问题中,有身体问题者占68%,主要为疼痛、便秘、恶心;有情绪问题者占42%,主要为睡眠、担忧、记忆力/注意力下降;有实际问题占17%,主要为经济问题。年龄≥60岁和Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的患者DT评分较高(P<0.05)。结论 DT是一种快速、简便的心理痛苦筛查工具,有助于及时发现癌症患者心理痛苦的程度和原因。

Objective To evaluate and analyze the psychological distress and related problems in cancer inpatients using distress thermometer （DT）. Methods The Chinese version of DT and problem list were used to screen psychological distress of 147 cancer inpatients, statistical description was used to analyze positive psychological pain and frequency of related problems, and the DT scores were compared in patients with different characteristics. Results The percentage of patient with score 1〉 4 was 35.37%. Among the related problems, the percentage of physical problems （mainly pain, constipation and nausea） was highest （68%）, emotional problems （mainly sleep, worry and memory / attention） was 42%, and practical problems （mainly financial） was 17%. Cancer inpatients aged ≥ 60 years and at stage Ⅲ - Ⅳ had higher DT score than aged 〈 60 years and at stage Ⅰ - Ⅱ （P〈0.05）. Conclusions DT is a rapid and brief screening tool for psychological distress, which helps to find out the extent and causes of psychological distress of cancer patients.
