摘要
鼻咽癌局部失败(包括局部残留和局部复发)仍是当前治疗失败的主要原因,而局部失败的主要原因之一是不同个体肿瘤对放射线的敏感性不同。因此,研究和探索在放疗前即对其放射敏感性做出预测性分析的癌基因是目前放射生物学研究的热点。EGFR是促进恶性肿瘤生长、发展及转移较为重要的调节因子,与鼻咽癌的发生、发展、预后以及放射敏感性密切相关。本文综合了近年来EGFR在鼻咽癌中的表达意义及与鼻咽癌放射敏感性等相关性的研究报道,探讨EGFR放射抗拒的可能作用机制,并指出以EGFR为靶点实施药物干预的靶向治疗与肿瘤放疗相结合将是一项具有广阔前景的肿瘤治疗方案。
The local failure ofnasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), including local residual and local recurrence, still is the main cause of treatment failure currently, and the different individual tumor sensitivity to radiation is the main reason for the failure. So the radiation sensitivity to make a predictive analysis of cancer gene is the radiation biology research hot spot. EGFR is an important regulatory factor of malignant tumor growth, development and metastasis, which is closely related to development, prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and radiation sensitivity. This paper summarized the expressive meaning of EGFR and research reports of the relativity and nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy sensitivity, discussed the function mechanism of the radiation resistance, and pointed out that targeted therapy for EGFR and tumor radiotherapy would be a broad prospect of tumor treatment.
