摘要
采用Smart Diallel交配设计研究杉木杂交子代早期生长情况。结果表明:树高和地径在不同杂交子代间有显著差异,子代遗传差异真实存在。树高广义和狭义遗传力属于较高水平,说明树高受较强的遗传控制,地径属于中等水平,比树高受遗传控制小,环境因素影响较大。在此次交配设计中,1号亲本、4号亲本、6号亲本具备较大的育种值;子代c具备最大的生长量,可作优良子代。
Results obtained from analyses for early growth of Smart Diallel progenies of Cunninghamia lanceolata(Lamb. ) Hook showed that two main growth traits[height (Ht) and diameter on ground height (Dgh)] were highly significantly different, true genetic difference existed among different grogenies.Board and narrow sense heritability of Ht was at high level, meaning under strong genetic control.Whereas board and narrow sense heritability of Dgh was at median level, meaning greater effect from environment.The parents ( 1,4 and 6) showed high level breeding value in this mating design, and progeny c could be treated as superior progeny.
