临夏州气象监测设备质量控制与灾害实时警报系统设计

摘要 本系统打破了临夏州原有传统电脑监控模式,采用C#语言、SQL数据库和Surfer嵌入技术,研制开发了气象监测设备质量控制与灾害实时警报系统。研究结果表明:该系统不仅可以实时查询到全州自动站、区域站、土壤水分站任意时次的降水、温度、风力等气象要素,还可将这些气象要素的实况监测值、累计值按活动线路、区域实时传输到手机,从而实现重大活动现场气象保障功能。该系统具有高度自动化、报警短信发送及时、服务内容针对性强的特点,极大地减轻了基层气象业务人员工作强度。 In order to break the original traditional computer monitoring mode in Linxia Prefecture,using C# language programming,SQL database and Surfer embedding technology,the quality control of meteorological monitoring equipment and real-time disaster alarm system was established.The results showed that system not only could real-time query to the automatic station, regional station and soil moisture station at any time of the precipitation, temperature, wind and other meteorological elements, but also could transmit the real-time monitoring and cumulative statistics of the meteorological elements to the mobile phone in real time according to the activity line and the area.Through the above methods ,the function of the major events in the field of meteorological support was realized.With the features of a high degree of automation ,timely message transmission and targeted content service, the system greatly reduces the work intensity of primary meteorological staff.
