摘要
为探究纤维素酶法对提取苏子叶中黄酮类化合物的效果,通过单因素试验,得到最佳提取工艺条件:温度为57℃,提取时间为1 h,酶的浓度为0.4 mg/m L,提取次数为3次。纤维素酶法的平均回收率为90.40%,相对标准偏差为5.01%,测得苏子叶中黄酮类化合物的含量为1.609 mg/m L。该法比传统碱液提取苏子叶中黄酮类化合物的提取率提高了3倍以上。
In order to investigate the effect of cellulase on extraction of flavonoids from perilla leaf,through single factor experiment, the optimum extraction conditions were obtained :temperature 57℃,extraction time 1 h,the concentration of enzyme 0.4 mg/mL,extracted 3 times.The average recovery of cellulase was 90.40%,the standard deviation was 5.01%, the content of flavonoids measured in perilla leaf was 1.609 mg/mL.This method is better than traditional alkali extraction of flavonoids from perilla leaf,its extraction rate increases by more than 3 times.
