环糊精包埋姜油树脂工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用超声法制备姜油树脂/β-环糊精包合物,以姜油树脂中姜酚的包合率和包合物的产率为指标进行综合评价。通过单因素及正交试验,考察姜油树脂/β-环糊精投料质量比、超声温度、超声时间3个因素对于姜油树脂/β-环糊精包合物的包合工艺影响,得到最佳的包合物制备工艺条件。结果表明:姜油树脂/β-环糊精包合物的最佳包合工艺条件为主客体投料比为1∶10(g/g)、超声温度为55℃、超声时间为21 min。在此优化条件下进行验证,得到其平均包合率为54.64%,平均包合物产率为39.07%,平均综合评价值为48.41%。 The gingerol content entrapped cyclodextrin and the compound yield were investigated by ultrasonic method for the preparation between ginger oleoresin and β-cyclodextrin.The optimum conditions for the preparation of inclusion compound were obtained by the study of single factor and orthogonal experiment.The single factors included the ginger oleoresin/β-CD feeding quality ratio,ultrasanic temperature and ultrasonic time.The results showed that the parameters for the preparation of inclusion compound were as follows,the quality ratio between ginger oleoresin and β- CD was 1:10(g/g) ,ultrasonic temperature was 55℃,ultrasonic time was 21 min.Under the optimized conditions ,the average inclusion rate was 54.64%, the average inclusion yield was 39.07%, and the average comprehensive evaluation value was 48.41%.
