摘要
结合"乙草胺"事件,从检测能力这一影响农产品质量安全的因素出发,简述北京市昌平区农产品质量安全检测机构现状,指出存在检测项目少、检测人员缺乏、检测仪器不足、区镇2级检测站对接不畅、检测资质仍需完善等问题,提出扩展检测项目、强化人才队伍、补充检测仪器、推动综合质检中心、推进"双认证"等对策,强调提高昌平区农产品质量安全检测能力的重要性。
Starting from the detection capability of the quality and safety of agricultural products with ＂the acetochlor event＂ ,this paper summarized the status of construction on agricultural products quality and safety inspection system in Changping District of Beijing City and analyzed the exisiting problems, such as testing projects, staffing, equipments, communication of two-level inspection center, qualification etc.Aiming at these problems, some countermeasures were proposed respectively from extending more testing projects, strengthening labor training, adding equipments, promoting integrated inspection center and double certification.Emphasized improving the quality and safety of agricultural products detection capability in Changping District was so important
