摘要
目的 ,探讨下颌骨骨折兔愈合过程中在半枝莲多糖干预下对血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、骨生长因子(SGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)表达的影响。方法取家兔16只,在其左侧下颌骨体部均造部分骨折模型,然后随机分为对照组、治疗组,造模3d后,治疗组家兔灌胃给予半枝莲多糖,1次/d;对照组家兔给子同体积生理盐水。于给药第7,14,21,28天对家兔静脉血中VEGF、SGF、bFGF含量进行检测,并结合X线评分,分析其治疗效果。在第28天,处死家兔,观察下颌骨组织病理学结构。结果与对照组相应检测时间点相比,治疗组家兔静脉血中VEGF、SGF、bFGF含量均明显升高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在不同检测时间点,治疗组家兔下颌骨骨折部位X线评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。给药第28天后,治疗组可见较多骨细胞及破骨细胞;对照组成骨细胞较多,骨细胞较少。结论半枝莲多糖能够升高家兔静脉血中VEGF、SGF、bFGF因子含量,促进家兔下颌骨骨折愈合,改善其下颌骨组织病理学结构,具有较高治疗效果。
Objective To discuss the influence of the expression of VEGF, SGF, bFGF on mandibular fracture healing in rabbits during in Scuteliaria barbata polysaccharide intervention. Methods According to the random number table,partial fracture models were made in 16 rabbits on the left side of the mandible,and then which were divided into control group and treatment group, 3 days after modeling, the treatment group were orally given Scutellaria bar- bata polysaccharide, 1 times a day; the control group rabbits given the same volume of physiological saline. The con- tents of bFGF,SGF and VEGF were detected in venous blood of rabbits at 7 days,14 days,21 days and 28 days,and the therapeutic effect was analyzed by X-ray score. On the twenty eighth day, the rabbits were sacrificed to observe the histological structure of the mandible. Results Compared with the control group in the corresponding detection time points,the content of VEGF, SGF and bFGF of the treatment group were significantly higher, and there were statistical significantly differences (P〈0.05). At different testing time points, the treatment group in the mandible fracture site X-ray score were higher than the control group (P〈0.05). After 28 days,the treatment group showed mature bone cells. And in the control group, the number of bone cells was small,and the osteoblasts were more. Conclusion Seutellaria barbata polysaccharide can increase the content of the VEGF,SGF and bFGF in rabbit blood, promote the rabbit mandible fracture healing,improve the bone tissue and pathological structure,and which has a high therapeutic effect.
