摘要 【目的/意义】本文以互联网企业为研究对象,分析了竞争情报的发展历程及国内外的相关研究成果。【方法/过程】在前人研究成果的基础上,提出竞争情报战略行为不仅是一种过程,还是一种产品。其中,过程包含企业对竞争对手信息的收集和分析,而产品是经过程形成的情报或策略。结合互联网企业在相互竞争中实施的战略行为,从竞争环境情报、竞争策略情报和竞争对手情报三个方面构建互联网企业竞争情报战略行为实施模型。【结果/结论】本文结合互联网中的实际案例,从理论与实践相结合的视角对竞争情报战略行为模型予以应用,为我国互联网企业竞争情报战略行为提供借鉴作用,预算互联网企业竞争情报战略行为给企业带来的经济效益。 【Purpose/significance】This paper takes Internet enterprises as the researching objects, discussing the develop-ment history of competitive intelligence and research results from home and abroad. The strategic behavior of competitiveintelligence is not only a process but also a product based on previous research results. The process includes the collectionand analysis of the competitive information; the product includes information and tactics formed by the process.【Method/process】We construct the model of competitive intelligence strategic behavior in internet enterprises from the aspect ofcompetitive environment, competitive strategy and competitor combining with the strategic behavior of internet enterprisesin competition.【Result/conclusion】Finally, we learn about the application of strategic behavior model in practice based onthe actual case of internet environment, to analyze the characteristics and problems of strategic behavior in internet enter-prises at home, and to put forward some scientific and feasible suggestions on existing problems.
