知识融合、信息细化与企业创新绩效的关系研究

The Relationships of Knowledge Fusion, Information Elaboration and Enterprise Innovation Performance

【目的/意义】信息技术的飞速发展与知识总量的激增促进知识融合在知识经济社会扮演者越来越重要的角色,知识融合和信息细化对企业提升创新能力,提高创新绩效具有重要意义。【方法/过程】在国内外相关研究基础上构建了知识融合、信息细化与企业创新绩效关系概念模型,基于258个有效样本进行了实证检验。【结果/结论】结果表明,知识吸收维度、知识衍生维度对信息细化与创新绩效具有显著地促进作用;知识获取维度对信息细化与创新绩效的影响不显著;信息细化在知识吸收维度与创新绩效的关系中起完全中介作用,在知识衍生维度与创新绩效之间起部分中介作用。

【Purpose/significance】With the rapid development of information technology and surge of knowledge, knowl-edge fusion plays an increasingly important role in the knowledge economic society. Knowledge fusion and information elab-oration are of great significance for enterprises to improve their innovation ability and performance. [Method/process】Onthe basis of relevant research at home and abroad, the concept model of the relationship between knowledge fusion, informa-tion elaboration and enterprise innovation performance is built and tested by 258 valid samples.【Result/conclusion】Theresults show that the dimension of knowledge absorption, knowledge deriving is significantly related to innovation perfor-mance, the influence of knowledge acquisition dimension on information elaboration and innovation performance is not sig-nificant. Information elaboration makes the completely intermediary role between knowledge absorption dimension and in-novation performance, and partial intermediary role between knowledge deriving and innovation performance.
