摘要
【目的/意义】"互联网+"时代,网络空间与人类社会的关系越来越密切,网络信息生态环境的稳定是人类正常生活和社会稳定的需要,也是新时代构建和谐社会的必要条件。优化网络信息生态系统有助于发挥网络信息生态系统的功能,优化信息资源配置,最大化满足用户信息需求。本文力图解决网络信息生态系统失衡问题,促进网络信息生态系统的稳定、可持续发展。提出网络信息生态系统的优化路径,为信息系统的改善提供理论基础。【方法/内容】运用系统分析法得知网络信息生态系统具备耗散结构特性,在该系统中存在着熵增现象,根据信息熵理论分析网络信息生态系统的运行,建立系统熵减模型,提出优化网络信息生态系统的路径。【结果/结论】归纳发现,信息是系统熵减的来源,得出网络信息生态系统良性发展的基本需求是构建有效信息的结论。
【Purpose/significance】In "Internet +" era, the relationship between cyberspace and human society is becomingmore and more closely. The stability of network information ecological environment is the need of human normal life andsocial stability, and is also a necessary condition for building a harmonious society in the new era. Optimizing the networkinformation ecosystem can help the network information ecosystem function work, give full play to the role of informationresources, and maximize the information needs to meet the user. The paper explores the solution of information ecologicalproblems, puts forward the way to optimizate network formation ecosystem, and provides the theoretical basis for theimprovement of information system. 【Method/process】Using the system analysis method, we find that the networkinformation ecosystem possesses the dissipative structure characteristic,there are entropy increasing phenomenon in thesystem.The operation of network information ecosystem is also analyzed according to information entropy theory.【Result/conclusion】Information is the source of decreasing entropy, and the basic requirement of the healthy development ofnetwork information ecosystem is building effective information, establishing the system entropy reduction model, andproposing the path of optimizing network information ecosystem.
