社会网络视角下的虚拟社区研究综述

A Review of Virtual Community Studies in the Perspective of Social Network

【目的/意义】随着个体在虚拟社区这种新兴知识组织中互动的不断深入,虚拟社区也呈现出社会网络的相关特征,这也带动了社会网络视角下的虚拟社区研究。为了进一步研究的进行,厘清该视角下现有研究的种类与研究框架十分必要。【方法/过程】通过社会网络研究分类的六个方面,文章对现有研究进行了综述并提出了现有的研究框架。【结果/结论】通过梳理发现,现有研究主要集中在个体和群体层面,并且主要关注社会网络属性对行为和绩效的影响,对关系层面以及社会网络属性前因的研究相对较少。

【Purpose/significance】 As individuals＇ interaction in the virtual community which is known as a emergingknowledge organization becomes deeper, the community has presented some features of social network, which also bringsmany researches based on the perspective of social network. For further researches in this topic, it＇s important to clear upthe categories and the framework of existing researches with social network perspective.【Method/process】Through the sixclassifications of social network researches, the paper reviews researches of this field and presents a framework of currentresearch results.【Result/conclusion】After reviewing, this paper finds the researches now mainly focus on individual leveland group level, and are mostly about the behaviors and performance consequences caused by social network properties,with little concerning about relation level and factors resulting in such social network properties.
