削弱永磁同步电机反电势谐波的磁极形状优化方法 被引量:10

摘要 针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)反电动势中含有谐波的问题,提出了一种磁极形状优化方法以改善PMSM反电动势波形,使得反电势更接近正弦波。建立了磁极表面正弦弧轮廓的描述方程,与传统的偏心圆弧法进行了有限元对比分析,得出同等条件下正弦弧磁极的反电动势畸变率更小。同时进行了样机试验,结果分析表明,通过正弦弧方法优化后的反电动势削弱了谐波,波形的正弦度更好。 A method of magnetic pole shape optimization was proposed due to the harmonics problem existing in the back-EMF of permanent magnet synchronous machine. The sin-arc equations were established to describe the surface of magnetic poles. The FEA comparative study between the methods of traditional eccentric circular-arc and proposed sin-arc were carried out. Prototype test results show that the THD of back-EMF are reduced by using sin-arc method, then the induced voltage more approaches to a sine wave.
