摘要
本文分析电机加工与装配过程中可能引入的误差,以及这些误差对同步磁阻电机性能的影响。针对一台优化过的同步磁阻电机,分别讨论冲片冲制产生的毛刺、冲制边缘材料损坏、叠压自扣片、铆接错位以及定转子装配偏心等对电机平均转矩、转矩脉动、效率以及单边磁拉力的影响。分析电机加工工艺的误差对电机性能的影响,从而总结同步磁阻电机加工过程中需要严格控制偏差的工艺。
Effect of the manufacturing and assembling imperfectness on the performance of synchronous reluctance machine (SynRM) was analyzed in this paper. Based on an optimized SynRM, the influence of the punching burrs, material partial damage caused by punching, interlocking dowels, riveting errors and the eccentricity of stator and rotor on the average torque, torque ripple, efficiency and radio force was detailed. Through the analysis of these influence, this trolled strictly during the manufacturing and paper concluded the processing techniques which should be conassembling of the SynRM.
