摘要
以支链玉米淀粉为原料,采用羟乙基化、水解和膜精制等工艺合成了羟乙基淀粉200/0.5,研究了羟乙基化工艺、水解工艺、超滤以及电渗析等精制工艺对羟乙基淀粉性能的影响。实验结果表明:得到的产品在分子量、取代度、取代方式以及氯化钠含量等方面均达到了国外同类产品的标准。
Hydroxyethyl starch 200/0.5 was synthesized by hydroxyethylation, hydrolysis and membrane refining technology using branched corn starch as raw material. The effects of hydroxyethylation process, hydrolysis process, ultrafiltration and electrodialysis refining process on the properties of hydroxyethyl starch were investigated. The results show that the products obtained in the molecular weight, the degree of substitution and substituted position, as well as the sodium chloride content and other aspects have reached the standards of similar foreign products.
