摘要 采用共混的方法制备了聚羟基脂肪酸酯/纳米羟基磷灰石(PHA/HA)复合材料,研究了HA用量对PHA/HA复合材料结晶性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:PHA/HA复合材料的T_m和ΔH_m随HA用量的增加先增加后减小,HA的加入对PHA/HA复合材料具有明显的异相成核作用。PHA/HA复合材料属于典型的韧性材料,其断裂强度随着HA用量的增加先增加后减小,在用量为15%时达到最大值;PHA/HA复合材料的断裂伸长率和断裂功随着HA用量的增加先减小后增加。PHA/HA复合材料的冲击强度(韧性)随着HA用量的增加先减小后增加。 PHA/HA composites were prepared by blending methods with polyhydroxyalkanoates and hydroxyapatite(HA). The effect of the HA content on the crystal and mechanical properties of PHA/HAcomposites were studied. The results show that the Tm and ΔHm of PHA/HA composite increases first and then decreases with the increase of HA, and the addition of HA has obvious nucleating effect on PHA/HA composites. PHA/HA composite is a typical ductile material, its fracture strength increases first and then decreases with the increase of the amount of HA, and the maximum value is reached when the amount is 15%. The elongation at break and the breaking work of PHA/HA composites first decrease and then increase with the increase of HA content. The impact strength (toughness) of PHA/HA composites decreases first and then increases with the increase of HA content.
