Clinical application and evaluation of Versa TREK blood culture system

目的通过Versa TREK血培养系统临床应用效果评价该系统的相关性能。方法分析笔者所在医院9800份血培养标本的病原菌检出率,病原菌构成分布以及仪器判定阳性的报警时间。结果 9800份血培养中检出病原菌共870份,阳性率为8.88%;前五位分别为大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌和阴沟肠杆菌。24 h内检出阳性率为70.9%,48 h内检出率为88.7%,72 h内检出率为94.9%。结论 Versa TREK血培养仪检出病原菌的范围广,敏感性、特异性高,能够满足临床需求。

Objective To evaluate the related performance of Versa TREK blood culture system through observing its clinical application. Methods The 9800 blood samples obtained from author＇s hospital were detected by Versa TREK blood culture system,in which positive rate,positive alarm time and the distribution of microorganisms were analyzed. Results Among the 9800 samples 870 were for positive rate （8.88% i.e） detected with positive pathogen,and the top five isolates were Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Enterobacter cloacae. The positive rate was 70.9% within 24h,88.7% within 48h and 94.9% within 72h. Conclusion Versa TREK blood culture system could detect various microorganisms with higher sensitivity and specificity,which can meet clinical request.
