颅内血肿微创穿刺清除术对高血压脑出血患者hs-CRP及D-二聚体的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的检测高血压脑出血(HCH)患者静脉血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和血浆D-二聚体(D-D)含量,以探讨二者在脑出血发生发展过程中的变化规律及颅内血肿微创穿刺清除术(MPST)对其影响。方法回顾性分析70例急性HCH患者的病例资料,其中MPST治疗组36例,内科保守治疗组(对照组)34例。2组治疗前及治疗后14d检测hs-CRP及D-D含量变化,并进行神经功能缺损评分。结果治疗后14d,MPST组hs-CRP、D-D含量及神经功能缺损评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 MPST可有效降低HCH患者hs-CRP和D-D水平,减轻患者的神经功能损伤。 Objective To detect the serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and plasma D-dimer(D-D) level of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HCH) patients,in order to investigate their variation in occurrence and development of cerebral hemorrhage,and to explore the effect on their changes after intracranial hemtoma microinvasive craniopuncture scavenging tech- nique(MPST). Methods Seventy cases of acute HCH patients were analyzed retrospectively. These patients were divided into two groups including the treatment group(treated by MPST) 36 cases and the control group(with conservative treatment) 34 cases at random. Before and after treatment of 14 days, the changes of hs-CRP and D-D levels were measured and the neural function defect scale was evaluated in both two groups(P〈0.05). Results 14 days after treatment,the hs-CRP and D-D levels,and the neural function defect scale of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group(P 〈0. 05). Conclusion The MPST could reduce both the hs-CRP and D-D levels and neural function defect of the patients with HCH effectively.
