摘要 针对现有天然皮革鉴别技术,分析应用于皮革鉴别的3项标准和我国皮革行业常用的化学鉴别法、扫描电镜结合X射线能谱仪法、红外光谱分析法、DNA鉴别法4种经典方法的核心技术内容及其适用性。总结其在实际应用中的局限性,探讨了天然皮革鉴别技术滞后对产业健康发展产生的不良影响,提出了检验鉴定机构在天然皮革鉴别项目上取得国家实验室计量认证(CNAS)和中国计量认证(CMA)的过渡性措施和从根本上解决问题的研究方向。 Based on the current natural leather identification technologies, the three standards and four typical identification methods commonly used in leather industry were discussed, including the chemical method, scanning electron microscope and X-ray energy spectrum method, infrared spectroscopy method and DNA identification method. The limitation of these methods in practical application was summarized. The bad effects of the backward identification technology on the leather industry development were studied. Some specific measures for natural leather identifying laboratory to acquire accreditation from China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and China Metrology Accreditation (CMA) were provided, and suggestions of future research direction to fundamentally solve these problems were indicated.
