摘要
建立了鞋材胶黏剂中5种松香酸的高效液相色谱(HPLC-DAD)检测方法。样品于60℃、叔丁基甲醚为提取溶剂时,用超声萃取2次,每次30min,萃取液经过净化、浓缩、定容后采用HPLC-DAD检测。HPLCDAD检测条件为:流动相乙腈︰水=75︰25(V/V),DAD检测波长分别为200、240、280nm。结果表明:目标物浓度在0.5~10mg/L时,标准工作曲线的线性相关系数≥0.995。该方法回收率在83%~108%之间,检测限低于2.0mg/kg。
Detection methods of five rosin acids in adhesive for shoe materials with high performance liquid chroma-tography-diode array detector (HPLC-DAD) were established. The sample was extracted twice with ultrasonic under 60℃ and tert-butyl methyl ether as extraction solvent, once 30min. The extraction solution was purified, concentrated and metered volume, then it was tested with HPLC-DAD under the conditions of mobile phase acetonitrile and water of 75 : 25 (V/V) , and detection wavelength were 200nm, 240nm and 280nm respectively. Results show that the linear correlation coefficient of standard work curve is no less than 0. 995 when the target object concentration range is 0. 5- 10. 0mg/L. The recovery is between 83% -108%, and the detection limit is lower than 2.0mg/kg.
